Order Culture provides restaurant technology and marketing services, which may include online ordering websites and apps, delivery coordination, customer relationship management (CRM), loyalty tools, and automated email and SMS marketing.

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
3. Fees and Payment
Fees for the Services are as described in your subscription plan, order, or written agreement (for example, monthly subscription fees, one-time setup fees, and per-transaction technology fees). Payments are processed by third-party processors such as Stripe. Unless stated otherwise, fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
4. Messaging Terms (SMS)
By providing your mobile phone number and opting in — for example, through the opt-in widget on our Site — you consent to receive text messages from Order Culture, which may include account, informational, and marketing messages.

9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Order Culture will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues, arising out of or relating to your use of the Site or Services.
10. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Order Culture harmless from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
